- Not suitable for: suede, nubuck, patent leather, bonded/faux leather, or heavily damaged structural leather
- Color touch-up results depend on the original dye and finish — an exact match cannot be guaranteed
- Severely cracked leather (leather that has begun to peel or delaminate) may not respond to conditioning alone
- Not a leather replacement, re-dyeing, or professional restoration service
